Anatomically engineered and profiled specifically for youth and younger riders, the all-new SM3 Youth is optimized for MX, Enduro and Off-road use, and features a whole raft of technologies and innovations taken from Alpinestars range of adult helmets to deliver the optimal blend of performance, protection and comfort. This lightweight helmet features a thermo-injected shell incorporating a special polymer blend enhanced by varying degrees of thickness that is engineered to deliver the optimal combination of impact protection and light weight.

• The inner and outer surfaces are engineered to minimize the effects of oblique impacts.
• Low friction coating is applied to the inner part of the main EPS liner to reduce the rotational acceleration forces
• Patented visor release system effectively reduces the forces on the rider's neck during an impact.
• Comfort liner is constructed using recycled materials for a lower carbon footprint.
• Hydration tube channels are integrated into the helmet's cheek pads for convenience and performance.
• Shell thickness and the structure of the helmet have been optimized on the chin area for superior impact performance.
