Powervolt 7 Stage 5A Battery Charger Dual Mode

Providing an efficient and quality charge, the Powervolt 7 stage battery chargers are essential for effectively charging and maintaining a battery.

This charger can effectively charge lead acid, calcium, GEL/AGM, lithium LiFePo4 and sodium batteries, depending on the size of your battery; the 5A model can charge batteries sized 180-600 CCA, 250-750 MCA or 30-100Ah.
The charger uses a microprocessor over seven stages to efficiently charge and maintain your battery. The first stage, Diagnosis, determines if the battery is defective, then Pre-Charge uses a low voltage and current to improve electrolytic consistency. It will move to Soft-Start by increasing voltage at a rate to reduce heat and gasses, then Bulk Charge provides a constant voltage over three phases to fully charge while enhancing battery life. Stage 5 is Absorption which provides the highest voltage and will move into a final Analysis stage to determine discharge rate. The final stage is Maintain which monitors battery voltage and will automatically revert back to Stage 5 when the voltage drops to 12.8V or 13.1V for LiFePO4.
